When an account is suspended for investigation, access is restricted while the review is conducted. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, access is restored. If a breach is confirmed, the account is closed and any balance derived from the breach is forfeited.
You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily, any remaining balance that is not subject to active wagering requirements or pending withdrawal holds will be processed back to your last verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe for your tier.
Self-exclusion: If you request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools or via support, the closure is treated as permanent for the exclusion period stated. Requests to reopen a self-excluded account before the exclusion period ends will not be honoured.
